Dutch prodigy, DJ, composer, musician and record producer Martin Garrix has already experienced spectacular success during his three year journey, since his breakout hit ‘Animals’. All of 19 years of age, the young face of EDM has become a force to be reckoned with his record label, and a list of collaborations with some of the biggest artists from different genres.

It comes as no surprise that media giant MTV, has partnered with Martin Garrix on a documentary ‘MTV Presents Martin Garrix: The Ride”. A part of MTV’s elusive ‘The Ride‘ series, their latest will see them chart the success of the global superstar. The documentary follows the prodigious DJ from the beginning of his career through to the present day. The show producers followed him for months during his tours and alongside Martin, also spoke with people in his life, including his parents, his team, mentor Tiësto and superstar Usher.

I get to travel the world making other people happy,” Garrix says in the short video posted to his Facebook page, “which is for me, a dream job.
