EDM’s favorite moombahton joker, Dillon Francis, is one of the biggest names in the music industry. He has regularly featured in the top DJ lists through the years, and has been a major player blurring the lines between dance music and other music genres.
While preparing to finish his second album slated for next year, Hypebeast caught up with him and got a close-up at his tour-travel essentials. The star admitted to loving his YEEZY Boost 350 V2 sneakers because of its comfort, and his hat from his own “IDGAFOS” (I Don’t Give a Fuck or Shit) merchandising line, which was named after a song of his. He also carried in his clothing a shirt reading “In Memory of Taylor Swift”.
Apart from clothing, Dillon carried a lot of tech items with him – two MacBooks – one for DJing and the other for music production, two phones; an iPhone and the Google Pixel. For DJing, he uses the David Guetta Beats Mixr headphones, which he rues being discontinued. His Snapchat spectacles are always on him. To add to these are his ‘ultimate essentials’ – his passport and medicine. He reveals his father is an alternative medicines doctor, and that the powders are essential when he travels.
