Sharon Doorson


Sharon Doorson (born 1987) is a Dutch singer / songwriter. She knew very early what her real passion. From the stage to entertain the world with vocals. At age six, she won the popular Dutch TV show “Mini-Playbackshow”. The years that followed were filled with dance and music and resulted in Sharon in 2004 was part of girl band raffish which they scored a number one hit in the Netherlands in 2004 with the single “Plaything.”

After completing her studies at the Popacademy, Sharon studying in 2012 at the conservatory in Rotterdam. Sharon, now as a solo artist has gone further, decides to participate in the second season of TV show The Voice, where she finished as one of the four finalists. That same year, Sharon brings her debut single “Fail In Love” as solo artist and scores directly a gold record in the Netherlands. Her second single, “High On Your Love,” makes an even more impressive start in the Netherlands. The single reached a “top 10” position on iTunes. In 2013 Sharon brings her debut album, Killer out.

Sharon late 2014 decision to shift the musical direction of pure dance music to more Pop. In May 2015 Sharon brings to “electrify” the first single from her new direction.
